I realize Cowboys fans may disagree with me here. But Tony Romo announcing last night T.O.’s radio show that he’s sitting out the next couple of weeks was a good idea. The distractions surrounding pinky-gate last week were ridiculous. We all knew Romo shouldn’t be playing. And thanks to a Brett Favre call, that got in his head, Tony thought he could play.
Albeit it’s Brad Johnson, but the best thing this team can do is rally around the 40-year old giraffe, get in a solid game plan, and regroup for after the bye week. All is not lost, Romo needs to heal, and they could put together a second half run, right into the playoffs.
