I could write an entire book on this. It is my contention that people have way too much time on their hands. One of my favorites are the over passionate fan guys. You know the guy that slips in to depression for a month after a loss. Or the guy that yells obscene things at college players ( 18-to-22 year olds). Or how about the guy that calls in to the weekly coaches radio show, and asks the head coach a question about a certain play call or football type question challenging the coaches football knowledge. Hey guy, get off the message boards, and out of your mom’s basement and get a life. It’s sports. Not life or death.
My favorite fans however, are the ones who have decided to play athletic director. They decide ticket prices, and parking prices. Who gets hired, and who gets fired. And it never fails, some tool wastes his time every year starting a fire my coach web site. So this season, I will give you a weekly update of who deserves to get fired according to the fans.
Wait, maybe I have too much time on my hands.
